The king studio was stocked, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Complimentary and warm breakfast, savoury food. Extremely helpful and very very helpful staff, stocked king studio. All in all absolutely perfect and magnificent setting short walk to area attractions and Indianapolis at 5:00 PM on 9-1-18 and the museum campus/NCAA headquarters/riverwalk. Also, to the Indiana convention center.

The breakfast was hot with bacon and tasty food options, and the facilities were clean good.

It's very good sized and well-appointed with large bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is complimentary.

I enjoyed that the room was stocked and well-appointed with a large sleeper sofa, sofa bed plus Netflix. The location was nice and fantastic for walking around Indiana State Museum. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a downtown area.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in downtown Indianapolis for a weekend trip to the IMS. The staff were friendly and the room was perfect for our needs. The suite was spacious and had all the facilities we needed, including a useful kitchen area. The hotel's location was fantastic, with great attractions like the Indianapolis Zoo and the Eiteljorg Museum within walking distance. The price was reasonable, even on a holiday weekend, and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room easily slept us and had a separate small room with a toilet and sink, as well as a tub/shower and a larger sink area. The room was very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location was wonderful, as it was close to everything downtown. It was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to all the downtown locations, many of which were connected by an enclosed walkway. The staff were excellent, providing us with exceptional customer service. The front desk hostess went out of her way to find milk for our three-year-old late at night, and the room hostess was very prompt with any additional requests we had. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Fancy hotel, the stay was really good, perfect location to the work out area. Location: the property was so close to restaurants and sporting arenas, and the canal, museums, state capitol. There was café Cafe Patachou, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The breakfast was complimentary, and the staff were attentive. Excellent service was provided here.
